First, here is my official Author’s Biography:
Messianic Scholar, Scribe, Artist and Publisher Helena Lehman has a sound grasp of Evangelical and Messianic Theology and is an expert on the allegorical Language of God revealed in the symbolic imagery and rituals of the Feasts of Israel, Bible prophecies, the Gospel in the Stars (i.e. Mazzaroth), and Sethite Astronomy. She is also adept at showing the prophetic importance of the connection between the Desert Tabernacle and the Pillar of Enoch (i.e. Great Pyramid), and has proven that this pyramid was not a construction of the fallen angels or Nephilim but specially designed to reflect the Gospel of Salvation that was written in the stars by the finger of God at the moment He created the heavens. Helena is the author of the 4-volume Language of God Book Series, and the upcoming Pillar of Enoch Trilogy books that are geared toward educating people about the importance of the Star Gospel, Great Pyramid and Great Sphinx in Judeo-Christian Theology and History.
Helena’s writings explore the ancient and divine roots of the Star Gospel, and their place as the cornerstone of the Language of God - a divine allegorical language of parables and symbols that permeates every book of the Bible, and all Creation. Helena’s premiere work is the four-volume Language of God Book Series, which reflects her respect for orthodox Theology, yet challenges many traditional views of the past. It offers compelling evidence about what our righteous ancestors actually knew and believed, and how they perceived God - in light of their advanced knowledge of their world, and the Universe that God created for them. The allegorical Language of God, and the spiritual messages that God has hidden in all biblical symbols, rituals, and the heavenly symbols in the Zodiac ties the separate topics covered in each book together, and offers a feast of new ideas for every inquiring mind
Now, for those of you who want to know more about me beyond my scholarly capacity, such as what my background is, and how I came to know Yahshua (Jesus) as my Messiah, here is a short, more detailed, and more personal autobiography:
Occasionally, people want to know what my background is, when I became a believer in Christ, and what led me to want to write speculative historical fiction, and non-fiction theological works. Here is a one paragraph summary. I grew up with many health problems, lived in a codependent home in a big city, and didn’t get much love or parental supervision. Yet, at a very early age, and despite the dismal start I had, I discovered that I had artistic skill, writing talent, a fascination for ancient history, and a special relationship with the One True God Yahweh - who kept reaching out to me, and leading me to seek His Light until I responded. From this, I have learned that people don’t turn out bad because they had a bad early environment, or weren’t taught morality. They turn out bad because they reject God’s call in their lives, and listen to the demons vying for their attention instead.
That one paragraph sums up my spiritual journey quite well. However, I have much more to share than that if you’re interested. If so, that’s great. Let’s see… where to begin? Oh yes, let me start with one of my favorite hobbies: reading! I love to read, and have had a college reading level since 4th grade. For this reason, I have amassed a formidable at-home research library filled with books on many subjects - especially theology, healing, and history. Incidentally, I bought many of these books because the majority of them are shamefully not available in American libraries. While doing all sorts of reading over the years, I finished high school, and took plenty of college courses with an emphasis on art, history, architecture, and creative writing.
On a religious level, my education has been varied, and unconventional. I was raised nominally Catholic, and for many years, I was the only regular churchgoer in my family. Later, though it was never encouraged in the Catholic Church or Catholic schools I attended, I started reading the Bible after studying with some Jehovah’s Witnesses. Gradually, as I read the Bible, I began to see problems with Catholic theology, and became very disillusioned with it. I therefore left the Catholic Church and studied with many other high-profile, but misguided faiths in the USA and Canada, including the Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Armstrongites (Church of God), and Seventh Day Adventists. I also engaged in several years’ worth of diligent bible study with various leaders in these churches, though I eventually discovered that all of them had at least a few heretical ideas mixed in with their more sound doctrinal teachings.
While engaging in study with these churches, I encountered some people who studied the New Age teachings of Emmet Fox, and a few who were devout Muslims as well. From them, I became very confused. New Agers view Christ as an Ascended Master, Avatar, or Guru, and Muslims view Christ as a minor prophet who was not divine, but died like any other man, and never rose from the dead. At this time, I also read several books that purported to know secret things regarding Christ’s life, like “The Jesus Scroll,” which falsely attempts to prove that Christ never rose from the dead, but that His own son died in His place on the cross while Christ actually died by suicide at the mountain fortress of Masada after writing a scroll that He signed in His name (a scroll that the author never actually read, but was only told existed!).
I also read “Holy Blood, Holy Grail,” which was used by the author of “The DaVinci Code” to write his international best-seller that attempts to prove that Christ was married to Mary Magdalene, and had children by her. As a result, I no longer knew what to think about the teacher known as Jesus in English translations of the Bible, and my biblical studies to verify or repute the many views of Christ I had become familiar with confused me more than ever. Finally, in frustration, I turned to God in fervent prayer one night shortly after I had moved to Canada. As I prayed to God, I asked Him to have mercy on me and to reveal who Jesus really was to me because I did not want to be wrong about Christ’s true nature, or to teach others falsehoods about Him in my ignorance that might condemn me or those I influenced with my beliefs to Hell.
On the very night of that sincere and heart-felt prayer beseeching God the Father to show me who Jesus was in the Spring of 1987, I received a miraculous vision of the living Christ that left no more doubt in my mind as to His divine identity. That very morning, I accepted Christ as the Son of God and my Savior, asked Him to forgive my sins and make me whole, was born-again, and - about a year later - found a good Evangelical church where I was baptized by full immersion. After my baptism, I began to have many more prophetic visions and dreams and was deeply influenced by several Messianic Jewish ministries, where my knowledge of Yahweh and His Son grew exponentially, I learned to use God’s true Names, gained an appreciation for the Torah, and learned how to prophetically interpret the nine Jewish feasts.
Ever since I was very young, I have had a hunger to know and understand God and a deep-seated fascination for all things Ancient Egyptian, Mesopotamian, and Native American. My quest to understand mankind’s cultural and spiritual past and to find and share spiritual truth eventually led me to write two non-fiction Christian books shortly after I was born-again in 1987. These were entitled "In the Name of Love," written between 1987 and 1989, and "The Language of God," first written and completed (or so I thought) in 1991. Though the book on apologetics called “In the Name of Love” still lies unfinished somewhere in my PC’s archival memory, “The Language of God” was resurrected after being buried away for ten years. Moved by the Holy Spirit, I began re-writing this book in 2000. Since then, it has turned into not one but four books, each with a distinctive message but similar underlying theme.
I had a rough upbringing in Chicago, and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force when I was 23 years old to get away from my horribly codependent family. Since then, I have lived in Hawaii, Colorado, California, and Illinois. I also lived in British Columbia, Canada for 15 years before returning to the USA via a move to San Diego. During those years, I was self-employed as a dance performer, and teacher. I also utilized my expert sewing skills to make expensive hand-beaded costumes. In addition, I enjoyed being a shutterbug, and have taken many photos of beautiful places. Since 1993, I have also enjoyed the privilege and responsibility of being a parent. A few years after moving to San Diego, I filed for divorce and moved to the Chicago area with my daughter to be near my family, and an old childhood sweetheart named Steve. I am now married to Steve, and I spend my time as a writer, publisher, artist, and web designer.
I’ve had aspirations of becoming a professional artist and author ever since I was a young girl. As a youth, besides loving to draw and paint unicorns, horses, and fantasy figures, I wrote two fictional novels in long hand - one about a Native American boy’s passage into adulthood, and the other a science fiction story with a very Christ-like hero. I also wrote numerous poems and short stories that weren’t too bad for an amateur.
I have also spent a good deal of time writing letters, and essays, and searching my heart with journal writing. Amazingly, despite all the long distance moves I've made, and changes of fortune I've experienced over the years, I still have some of my earliest writings in my possession. However, with Christ’s return so soon on the horizon, I doubt I’ll ever have time to re-write or share these writings with the world.
Expressing myself creatively has not always been easy for me, however. For a time in my life after joining the military, I gave up almost totally on my dreams. I was full of bitterness, and that kept me from experiencing much joy in my life. As a result, I was very judgmental, and did nothing but make all the wrong choices as I drew further and further away from God. How grateful I am to Yahweh now that this is no longer the case!
Ever since I earnestly asked Yahweh to help me, I have had a joyful and fulfilling personal relationship with Yahshua (Jesus). To maintain it, I have a rich prayer life. Through the ministering love of His Holy Spirit, Yahshua and I share our love and thoughts as He sustains and restores my spirit. Now that Yahweh and His Son are a constant part of my life, it is much more enjoyable and rewarding.
The knowledge I have gained from all my past educational and personal experiences has helped me grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. As a result, I am better equipped to serve Yahweh, and to reveal what He has shown me through His Holy Spirit. My journey to Spiritual Maturity has been long and arduous, yet filled with beauty. Due to this, many great revelations about life have come to me over the years. Discover My Passion For Writing
Since becoming a believer, Yahweh has helped me hone my writing and drawing skills so that I may more effectively serve Him. It took a long time to perfect and channel these skills effectively, however. My desire to write well motivated me to study the craft of writing frequently. I have attended invaluable writers’ workshops and conventions all over the USA and Canada.
More recently, I learned how to create and design my own web pages and web graphics. Using these new skills, I was eventually able to create this web site. It has since then become a Christian ministry to others, as well as a launching pad to share my writing, art, and ideas.
My Language of God book series challenges long held beliefs in areas such as archeology, history, and religion. It does so by presenting compelling evidence that Yahweh God made a clear prophetic record of His purpose for mankind that was known at the dawn of human history. Furthermore, this prophetic record was revealed using the hidden “Language” of God. Simply put, the Language of God is a universal pictorial and metaphorical language that reveals deep spiritual truths within the structure of created things and certain religious rituals. As the Language of God is revealed in my book series, many topics are covered. Portions of
“The Language of God Series Books”
are available to read on this web site. Click on the preceding text link or go to the links at the bottom of the page to read more about them. My Language of God book series formed the basis for many of the spiritual ideas I incorporated into
“The Pillar of Enoch Trilogy.”
The Pillar of Enoch Trilogy is a fictional action-adventure series set in Antediluvian and early Post-Flood times. The first book in the trilogy is about the life and times of the Seventh Antediluvian Patriarch Enoch and his Son Methuselah. It is currently under revision and should be ready to market by the end of 2005. Two sequels to this book, one covering Noah and the Great Flood and one covering the godly patriarch Shem through to the time of Abraham are also pending.
